READY TO WEAR
KAHINA
In this Collection we wear inspired by the 7th Century Warrior Queen. Kahina was a Berber seer (Imazighen) who led her people against the Arab invasion in North Africa in the 7th century. Although she was eventually defeated, her resistance later served as a model for other freedom fighters. This Collection was shorted in Chellah. Warm thanks to the Ministry of Culture and Communication of the Kingdom of Morocco for their support and for making our shooting process easy inside the historical monument Chellah in Rabat.

THE LOCATION
The Chellah is a medieval fortified Muslim necropolis and ancient archeological site in Rabat, Morocco, located on the south (left) side of the Bou Regreg estuary.
The earliest evidence of the site’s occupation suggests that the Phoenicians established a trading emporium here in the first millennium BC.
Today the site is a tourist attraction and since 2012 it forms part of a UNESCO World Heritage Site.[Wikipedia]
